Keltis winery is a multi-generational family-run estate (going back to the 18th century!) in the Bizelisko area of Slovenia. Miha Keelhar took over as winemaker from his parents in 2009, turning the estate organic with biodynamic practices. 

And this juicy red delight from Keltis winery is one of our favorites from Slovenia. It’s a blend of Žametna Črnina, Kraljevina, Blaufränkisch, and twenty percent local white grapes. It falls into the category of “chillable red” meaning you can pop it in the refrigerator for a bit and then enjoy the refreshingly gulp-able cranberry and red cherry notes while you dream of sunny spring days to come (we are so close to the official start to spring, and we are ready for it!)
