15% of the merlot is whole bunch fermented
aged in old barrels (7-8 years) for 6 months sulfite free
Tasting Notes:
bright ruby color with a clarity I find in naturally made wines red plums, bing cherries & hints of night blossoms spices compliment the mint notes & tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon tannins and acidity play nicely leaving me wanting more of this delicious juicy wine. — Owen Kotler Wines
